Meharchand – CEO, Founder & Director Prior to founding Valt.X, Dennis founded Choice 2000 Computers, a regional manufacturer of computer systems primarily serving the K-12 Education sector and Information Systems Architects to provide PC based Voice Mail Systems to businesses in North America.
Tony L. – CTO and VP Production and R&D: Tony has served as CTO and VP Production & R&D of our company and on the Board of Directors since its inception. He has extensive experience in engineering and development of embedded computer systems and production control. He has successfully filed and completed over 40 patents and leads the companies R&D teams. Prior to Co-Founding Valt.X, Tony founded AIC Systems, a Canada based wholesaler of computers, AIC Communications a developer of telecommunications access servers and KYL Software House a developer of enterprise software
Samantha Pinto – Chief Financial Officer:
Samantha is a Chartered Professional Accountant. She has spent many years in the wealth management industry serving in management positions. In her roles as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, she had an opportunity to help grow the related companies. Roles include external and internal audits, cash flow, budgeting, inventory valuation, corporate tax decisions, legal review and due diligence.
Ricardo (Ricky) Archer – Director IT:
Mr. Archer has 25+ yrs. of IT & telecommunication network experience including extensive service at large organizations such as AT&T and IBM. Ricky earned an Associate Degree Electronic Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology. Mr. Archer leads Valt.X engagement in the Caribbean from a base in Barbados and manages the Valt.X Support Teams worldwide.
Major General (Ret.) Robert Dees – Advisor
Major Dees Served for 31 years in the U.S. Army in a wide variety of command and staff positions culminating in his last three assignments as Assistant Division Commander for Operations, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault); Commander, Second Infantry Division, United States Forces Korea; and as Deputy Commanding General, V (US/GE) Corps in Europe, concurrently serving as Commander, US-Israeli Combined Task Force for Missile Defense.
Following military retirement in January 2003, Major Dees served as Executive Director, Defense Strategies, Microsoft Corporation;
Most recently Major Dees served as National Security Advisor and Campaign Chairman, Dr. Ben Carson for President 2016.
Steve Orenberg – Advisor - Former President Kaspersky Labs Inc. Steve Orenberg is President and CEO of EdgeWave, Inc. is a senior high-tech executive with a broad range of accomplishments in the computer software arena. In particular, he is well known within the Cyber Security industry as someone who has taken relatively unknown companies and taken them to market leadership positions.
In the mid 90’s, Steve launched North American operations for Dr. Solomon’s Software, a U.K. based Anti-Virus company. Within three years the operation grew to $25M in revenues, and in 1998 the entire company was acquired by McAfee for $630M. Over the next two years Steve worked with a variety of Israeli software security startups, including acting as President of U.S. operations for NetGuard, Inc.
From 2002 to 2004 Steve was President of network security company Sophos. He subsequently joined Kaspersky Lab in September of that year where he held a number of C level positions for the next ten years. As President and CEO of the North American subsidiary, Kaspersky Lab, Inc., he grew that operation from a raw startup with no revenues to $160M at the time of his leaving. Additionally, in 2008 he launched the Latin American operations for the company, and from 2011-2012 also had Kaspersky’s Western European offices reporting to him.
In summary, Steve has a unique combination of experience of working with a variety of domestic and internationally based companies at various stages of growth. He is a member of the Board of Directors for EdgeWave and serves as an Advisory Board member for a few select security focused startups.
Lee Allen, Advisor: A Results‐driven Senior Sales, Marketing and Operations Executive, with over twenty five years of successful leadership experience in Fortune 500, turnaround and start‐up technology environments. As Vice President, Consumer Sales – Americas, Symantec Mr. Allen was responsible for retail sales and distribution operations in North America, and all lines of consumer business in Latin America. During his Symantec tenure, he drove overarching initiatives reversing inherited 3 year declines in North America retail revenue of 41% and 38% market share to 12% revenue increase and 10% market share gains despite the “Great Recession”. Mr. Allen was a contributing member of the global sales, marketing and product leadership team steering the $2B Consumer Business Unit at Symantec. Lee brings broad sales, strategic and operational experience in software, hardware and services business models to Valt.X, having led award-winning teams at Apple, Inc., Compaq, Fujitsu, Magellan GPS, and Vonage Holdings. Mr. Allen’s stewardship includes leading teams comprised of over 100 members with direct annual revenue responsibility beyond $3 Billion.
